SEALED BIDS will be received in the office of the COUNTY CLERK, Room 1650, at the Courthouse through Monday, August 29, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. C.D.T. for the purchase of the following tax title properties and other land pursuant to Section 75.69 Wis. Stats. All bids must be submitted on bid forms available in the County Clerk's Office. ALL SEALED BIDS must be for, or greater than, the minimum bid amount listed on each parcel. A deposit of ten percent (10%) payable to Eau Claire County must accompany each bid. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older to submit a bid.
The SEALED BIDS will be awarded on September 20, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. C.D.T. in Room 2560 of the Courthouse, 721 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54703.
